The garments are very easy to wash in a hand wash liquid (or by machine on a low 30 degrees temperature wash, but please place inside a pillow case to protect) then rinse and air-dry overnight. In most cases do not use fabric conditioner as this has no benefit on most synthetic fabrics.
The underwear worn with these outfits is critical to how they look when seen or photographed. We suggest the girls wear a G-string and T-shirt bra (smooth fabric) or no bra at all. This will make a big difference to the overall look.Custom Order Information
This is a bespoke custom-made order, created entirely from scratch to your exact requirements. The design is produced exclusively for you and will not be supplied to any other client.
Lead Times
- Standard Production: Approximately 4 weeks from receipt of payment.
- Fast Track Production: Approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of payment.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, we will send you an email containing your full tracking details.
Important Information for International Orders
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or tariff charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are beyond our control.If any additional charges apply, the courier (typically DHL or FedEx) will contact you directly with payment instructions before delivery.
Sizing Information
Grid Girl Outfits are manufactured according to standard dress sizes. We therefore recommend ordering the dress size you would normally wear.
Our outfits are designed to provide a close, figure-hugging fit. However, the fabric contains a high degree of stretch, allowing for some flexibility should you prefer a slightly tighter or more relaxed fit.
If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we generally recommend selecting your usual dress size for the best fit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the damage.
Upon verification, we will manufacture replacement garments and dispatch them using our Fast Track service at no additional cost.
Any damaged items must be returned to us promptly upon request. Failure to notify us within 5 days of delivery may affect our ability to process your claim.
As all garments are custom-made specifically for each client, we do not offer refunds for damaged items. In such cases, replacement garments will be provided.
Design Approval
Grid Girl Outfits makes every effort to create visuals that accurately represent your final garment requirements. It is therefore essential that you carefully review all design visuals before completing your purchase.
By proceeding with checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design artwork provided and that you are satisfied for production to commence.
The responsibility for final approval rests entirely with the client. Please ensure you thoroughly check all aspects of the design, including but not limited to:
* USE OF CORRECT / CURRENT / APPROVED LOGOS
* LOGO PLACEMENT
* PANTONE COLOUR REFERENCES
* TEXT - SPELLING /ALIGNMENT / FONTS / POSITIONS
* QR CODES - correct links / placement
* GARMENT STYLES
* That amendments to style of standard garments (by request) are visibly noted.
* SIZES
Once a CONFIRMED/ONLINE PURCHASE order is received by Grid Girl Outfits the customer is legally obligated to accept delivery of the garments. Grid Girl Outfits will deliver product as demonstrated within this document - refunds/ returns for bespoke garments will NOT be accepted. If your item is damaged then we will of course repair this / remake. You must inform us within 5 days of receiving your garment(s) of any damage.
