This is a bespoke order which is being created from scratch. This particular order is only available to the client who Cheetah Sportswear have been speaking to. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your delivery to arrive from the moment you clear this invoice.

As this is a bespoke order you would have already given your sizes and quantities to your sales representative

If for any reason your item arrives damaged, you are required to inform us immediately and to send in a photo. We will then create a set of replacement outfits and ship them on a fast track service. We will need the damaged garments back straight away. You have 5 days from when the delivery arrives to notify us on any damage. We will not refund and will only replace items. 

Grid Girl Outfits make every effort to produce visuals that replicate your final garment requirements. Therefore, we require you thoroughly inspect the visuals provided BEFORE checking out, as once you complete your online checkout you are accepting the visual designs as acceptable. Responsibility for approval lies with the client - be certain to review all of the following:

* USE OF CORRECT / CURRENT / APPROVED LOGOS

* LOGO PLACEMENT

* PANTONE COLOUR REFERENCES

* TEXT - SPELLING /ALIGNMENT / FONTS / POSITIONS

* QR CODES - correct links / placement

* GARMENT STYLES

* That amendments to style of standard garments (by request) are visibly noted.

Once a CONFIRMED/ONLINE PURCHASE order is received by Grid Girl Outfits the customer is legally obligated to accept delivery of the garments. Grid Girl Outfits will deliver product as demonstrated within this document - refunds/ returns for bespoke garments will NOT be accepted. If your item is damaged then we will of course repair this / remake. You must inform us within 5 days of receiving your garment(s) of any damage.
